
Join us for our quarterly vegan cookbook club. Let’s gather for an evening of tasty food and lively conversation about the chosen vegan cookbook. Each registrant will choose either an appetizer, main dish, side dish or dessert to share with the group. Cookbooks will be available to borrow at the Service Desk.
Registration for Quarterly Vegan Cookbook Club is required, space is limited. Dinnerware will be provided.
February’s selection is The Korean Vegan Cookbook: Reflections and Recipes from Omma’s Kitchen by Joanne Lee Molinaro.
Instructions for participating:
- Pick up a copy of the cookbook at the Library Service Desk.
- Select one salad, soup, entrée, or dessert recipe to share with the group.
- Recipe must be sent to Kristine by January 29, 2026 to kferguson@oldlymelibrary.org or registration will be canceled.
- Participant is an adult-18 years or older.
Bringing the bounty:
Since this is a potluck, everyone must bring a dish. While we hope everyone brings their best, Old Lyme Phoebe Griffin Noyes Library cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or allergen status of any food.
Old Lyme Phoebe Griffin Noyes Library is not responsible for any food borne illnesses, allergic reactions, or any other culinary mishaps that might occur.
