Are you curious about learning the basics of Italian language and culture? Then this class is for you!
Designed to provide an opportunity to learn basic Italian language skills, it’s perfect for beginners who have little or no prior experience. For ages 12-112.
In the first class, we are going to focus on introductions and pronunciation, with a little bit of customs at the end. The second class will focus on grammar and present tense conjugation, as well as Italian traditions such as parades and holiday customs. The final class will cover everyday expressions, descriptions/adjectives, and location questions.

Giovanna is an Italian speaker, with experience in tutoring both English Language and Italian Language students in Italian and English, respectively. Giovanna is a Senior in High School and a longtime Library Volunteer, currently serving on the Teen Advisory Board.
