Meditative Movement and Relaxation Workshop – Wednesday, November 5 at 6:00pm

A two hour workshop to take you from understanding the principles of breath and movement in meditation to a fully embodied practice you can take with you anywhere. We will move through breathing exercises and gentile yoga movements into meditation with the assistance of sound followed by rest and a reflective period with the others around you.

Registration required.

Please bring a light blanket and cushion to sit on and dress in non-restrictive clothing to facilitate movement. If you forget your items there will be some available at the library.
